Aer Lingus Business Class Launch

Working closely with the Aer Lingus marketing team and the event specialists EuroEvents, we created the visual theme for a high profile event in the Royal Hospital Kilmainham to launch a new Business Class service.

Top customers of Aer Lingus were invited to the prestigious event to experience the redefined food concept, the new fully lie-flat seats and to hear about a bespoke service for guests during their flight.

We designed each element to align with the Business Class brand, the black and silver colours gave an understated, but premium, look and feel.
The flow of the guests from one space to another was a key consideration, we created three spaces for people to move through. Guests arrived and entered 'The Gathering' space where they enjoyed a drinks reception while viewing the cabin concept work by Factorydesign. The second space was 'The Auditorium' where the CEO and others presented the vision for the new service. Guests then moved into the third space, 'The Showroom', where they tried the new seats for themselves and enjoyed tasting new food flavours soon to be served on board.
The concept was presented to trade and staff in the following days. Following on from the RHK event we then created:
– Launch items for the Boston, New York, San Francisco and Washington events.
– A staff training experience environment for the new service.
– The new inflight experience book and menu for Business Class.
– The new Business Class product brochure for the sales team.
– The photographic library for the key stages of the customer journey in the
new cabin.
