From The Edge - is a comic book that I created for my final year project in college.
It's based on Hamlet with a gender role reversal. It deals with themes of dysfunctional relationships, drug abuse and romance. It aims to emotionally relate to young adults
who may be pressured into the drug scene in Ireland and visually express
the behavioural changes that can be brought on by drug abuse.

I had just less than four months to complete the project for college. This began with investigating and creating surveys on drug abuse and it's effects on behaviour, writing
the story, character concepts, storyboarding, getting feedback from industry professionals and finalising the digital paintings.

Concept to Creation is a concept art book that I made along side From The Edge
to show how the idea began, and how I interpreted the story I created with
Karen Keogh. It gives an in-depth guide into my sketch process and how
I use my previous traditional painting skills and bring it into the digital process.
