DUAL

A local multiplayer roguelike game with maze puzzles packed with dangers and action . The players have to make for the exit before the other .

GAMEPLAY

It is a local multiplayer roguelike game based on maze puzzles. The players are spawned in a maze where they have to find their way out, first one to get out is the winner. Players have the option of eliminating the opponent and then search for the exit or they both can search it together and after finding the exit they can compete against each other . There will be in game spawned weapons and power-ups that the players have to use to stop each other from going out first.
PROCESS
First thing was to find a fun factor for making a multiplayer game , decide on the mechanics . the idea was to make player engage in battle inside an arena . It seemed like a usual roguelike game with same shooting mechanisms so further iterations were carried out on introducing new mechanics/gameplay -- a maze based arena was introduced. Now the player had to find its way out of arena as well as stop other person from going out first.
