Glucofit is a new app made by Diabetics for Diabetics. It works in conjunction with bluetooth and bump technologies to autonomously sync your blood sugar readings to your phone. Overtime it will create trends that you can send to your health care professional and be able to predict the amounts of insulin you will need for what foods your consuming and exercise you're performing.

There's also a Glucofit website where you can create a profile and sync all your results, talk to the community and get healthy recipes to make it easier to manage your diabetes.
