Remicade Site Redesign and Process Flows

Remicade Website Redesign and Process Flows
Redesign of consumer and physician-facing websites for a medication approved to treat seven different indications in three therapeutic areas.
Remicade was approved for new indications and one web presence need to speak to doctors, patients and caregivers for everything from (inhale) Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Ulcerative Colitis, Crohn's Disease, Pediatric Crohn's Disease and Plaque Psoriasis.

Presented are wireframes for the home page and second-level pages, including a complex registration section.

Process flow diagrams document the business logic for branching based on disease state, patient or caregiver and whether the patient is prescribed or just considering the medication.
These are the HCP (health care professionals)-facing screens, wireframe only
These are the Registration screens, speaking to patients considering the medication or already prescribed
Because a different form would be presented whether the user was "considering" the medication or "prescribed" and patients could be seeking treatment for 1 of 7 different conditions, in addition to still more criteria, the logic of the form could have created complications for development.

To remedy this, I created detailed user flow diagrams to explain very simply the business logic behind the forms and what questions should be asked when.  (see below)
