Luna Rosa is a conceptual high-end cosmetic and skincare brand with the essence of nature and the moon amongst an Italian flair.
I was inspired with the soft ethereal nature of la luna with a more contemporary edge in the beauty industry. As I focused in on creating product geared more towards skincare (rather than makeup), I got creative in the unique/obscure product Luna Rosa sold; including facial milk, crystal pomatas, and silt masks.
The soft peach and periwinkle blue contrasted with the rich green and stark grey allowed a dynamic range of color options for labels, web & mobile design, and overall branding stratagem. Models within the creative direction are shown as glowing, natural and mysterious, and the gradients among the designs portray an airy and clean feel. Each label is carefully designed to reveal the simplicity and luxury of the product, and those elements are also carried out among other deliverables in the design.
Overall, the average clientele to Luna Rosa possesses a desire for simplistic beauty and ethereal nature in their beauty regimen.
