A visual identity work of "Yokai Story". Idea of this brand comes from the concept "Yokai"--if it's a Yokai for someone or his/her personal objects, it actually has his/her personality.
Some folk stories say that when you use a personal object for a while (like more than 99 times), it might turns into a Yokai .
I made up this personal notebook brand, under the name "Yokai story". I chose the idea "semantic saturation", which means when you repeat or listen to a word, or look at something again and again, a while later, you might lose your sensation of it, you start to hear a new word which you have no idea what it means. This concept gave me idea to realise this visual identity.
