The challenge
Make Alzheimer's day (21st September) unforgettable,
alert the global community about this illness. 
The idea
We took advantage of the main features of snapchat: see disappear and not write to the memory.
Creating a direct relationship with Alzheimer's disease.
So we sent daily photos of memorable moments - through snapchat.
Unforgettable moments to remember, that moment could only be seen for 5 seconds
and then disappeared forever, as the memory of patients.
At the same time, we have created a website that did exactly the same,
where people could share their moments with friends from Facebook.
The results
The day of the Alzheimer's patient was talked about and remembered consciously. In just two weeks:
The share reached 48 countries; More than 33% of people impacted by social media shared their moments; The fan page grew by over 50%; Snapchat Alzheimer Portugal was searched over 39,000 times on Google; The campaign reached a value of RP than € 40,000.00, appearing on TV and a bit all over the internet; And also received many messages of encouragement through snapchat, but unfortunately disappeared, like the memories of patients.
