The main challenge in this project was the existing architecture. Since the customer wanted a spa in the basement, we had many engineering challenges related to the hood, lack of daylight, and humidity. We closed the engineering ventilation networks with plasterboard inserts, trying to preserve the maximum height of the room, the lack of daylight was solved with the help of various scenarios and lighting units.
In the spa complex, we have placed: an infinity pool, an electric sauna, a jacuzzi, a billiard room with a bar, two bathrooms with showers, and two changing rooms.
Lighting in the complex provides for three scenarios: day, evening and bright mode for cleaning.
Only water-resistant materials are used in this place: wood with a water-resistant finish, ceramic tiles, leather, terrace board, micro cement, and others.
