The Higher Institute of Information and Communication Technologies (INSTIC) is a public institution of higher education, dedicated to the promotion of teaching and scientic research, and to the creation, transmission and dissemination of culture, science and technology for the benet of Angolan society, particularly the community in which it operates. INSTIC is supervised by the Ministerial Department of the Executive and is part of the Knowledge Technological Park at KM 7, Bairro dos CTTs, which includes ITEL, Training Centre, Student Home with Canteen, Campus and future business incubators.

O Instituto Superior de Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (INSTIC) é uma instituição pública de ensino superior, vocacionada para a promoção do ensino e investigação cientíca, e para a criação, transmissão e difusão da cultura, ciência e tecnologia em prol da sociedade Angolana, particularmente da comunidade em que está inserida. O INSTIC é tutelado pelo Departamento Ministerial do Executivo e é parte do Parque Tecnológico do saber no KM 7, Bairro dos CTTs, que inclui o ITEL, Centro de Formação, Lar dos estudantes com Refeitório, Campus e futuras incubadoras de Empresa.
