Ethics by Spade

In 2023, Spade took its commitment to the development of accessible and responsible digital services one step further by setting itself the target of following as many of the recommendations of the Reference Guide to the Design of Digital Services, GR491 for short, an initiative of the Institut de Numérique Responsable (INR).

After a year of overhauling our internal processes and setting up regular milestones to ensure that these commitments were being met, we wanted to mark the occasion by opening an online version of the guide, so that we could talk about it. We created the ethics.spade.be platform, an ultra-lightweight, value-laden site that will be regularly updated on our progress and findings.
