踏入台北晶華酒店，一路向下至地下二樓，藏匿著一場待發掘的美食奇境——「Circum-」。餐廳引述華人料理深耕異地風土，形塑獨特風味的食旅敘事。取自拉丁文的命名，不僅是對周遭世界的包容與靠近，更透過空間，詮釋華人對於「圓」的讚頌，以及其代表的團聚與無窮。
直尺設計以大航海時代的船艦作為靈感來源，巧妙引入航海元素，從船艦輪廓到細部裝飾，每一處都巧妙地映射了探索海洋的冒險精神。外觀以片狀壓克力搭建，猶如航艦穿梭波浪之間；弧形牆面和燈具模仿船舷和船桅，金屬材質則象徵著這艘尋根航艦的未來主義魅力，激發探險的好奇心。整體色調以象徵「桔」祥的顏色漸變為主，礦物塗料、紅銅、石材與木材的多樣質感交織，演繹尋味旅程的豐富層次。啟發每位踏入「Circum-」的賓客，在這場味覺的壯行中，發現自己的風味冒險航線。

Stepping into the Regent Taipei and descending to the second basement, you’ll find “Circum-“, a hidden culinary wonderland. Inspired by the Age of Sail, its design incorporates nautical elements, from ship silhouettes to intricate decorations, all reflecting the adventurous spirit of sea exploration. The façade, constructed with acrylic flakes, resembles a ship navigating waves, with curved walls and lighting fixtures echoing the ship’s sides and masts. Metallic materials add a futuristic charm, while a palette of prosperity-symbolizing colors and diverse textures like mineral paint, copper, stone, and wood enrich the journey of taste.→ Full story on HeyCheese.com
