It comes from the meeting between the ancient artisanal traditions of fruit processing and preservation and the passion for the products of the earth: Ricrea, sapori e profumi del Capo di Leuca. The practical, quick and delicious snack that gives taste and energy, and quenches hunger.
An ancient recipe handed down by tradition leads to the rediscovery of quince jelly in a contemporary way. Quince jelly is a simple but multifaceted food, rich in fruit, free of additives and dyes, with multiple possibilities for food use. It can be taken as a simple snack or paired with mature cheeses and fish. Quince jelly is also suitable as a dessert or as an accompaniment to sweet wines, meditation wines, prosecco or sparkling wine.
