Sohil Merchant is the VP of Digital Workplace at Converge Technology Solutions. Sohil has held this position since February of 2022. Prior to this, they were the Practice Director at Accudata Systems from April 2019 to February 2022.

From November 2011 to April 2019, Sohil was the Director of Business Transformation at Netsync Network Solutions. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's transformation initiatives and driving growth.

Prior to Netsync, Sohil worked at BofA Merrill Lynch in their commodities division as an Executive Vice President from February 2011 to November 2011. Before that, they were a Vice President at JP Morgan Chase from November 2009 to February 2011.

Sohil merchant began their career in IT operations, working as the Director of IT Operations at Stanford Financial Group from March 2005 to May 2009. Sohil then spent a short time as a Senior Lead Consultant at Catapult Systems from May 2009 to November 2009 before taking on the role of Managing Director at Knight Systems LLC from March 2000 to March 2005.

After Knight Systems, Sohil became the Director of Professional Services at Orca Technologies from August 1997 to March 2000.
