Kumtich is a 'sub-municipality' in the Tienen province of Belgium. There is a masterplan to be developed for the village in question, and the proposal we developed with the landscape office Latitude, STTUW office and myself is realized in 5 strategic locations in the village in order to realize a holistic vision.
