When I was a child, I used to paint a lot with colored pencils, and often many chips and colored pencil shavings would fall on the floor. Until one day I saw two clothes moth larvae on the ground with their cocoons all colorful, and I noticed they had used the pencil shavings to build them! I never forgot about those colorful cocoons. The characters below were created from this childhood memory, now with a touch of adulthood.
