Abstract Elegance
It is class room design project the concept behind this project was to develop a range of hand bags for women using Indian traditional craft techniques. The collection was inspired from natural abstract shapes such as tree ring, trunk texture, etc. The ideation were done with using different shapes taken from inspiration. Tree ring was chosen as a final motif and then the motif was drawn on to canvas fabric. The technique that were used kantha embroidery, hand paint and patch work.
