Custom Lettering logotype job for La Ciutat dels Sants, a very particular Bistro-Bar established in the old chapel from the Casa Ricart building in Vic, Barcelona.
The client had a very clear idea of his wishes, so after an exhaustive research of old restaurant and bar business signs, we easily agreed on proceeding with a cursive Lettering style based on a few of those signs.

As usual, the main work was hand-drawn with pencil on paper. And it wasn’t until the logotype structure and letterforms were all perfectly defined, that we switched into a digital workflow. Bringing the Lettering piece to the screen gave us the chance to improve the letterforms, their white spaces and endings while redrawing it point par point.
