GXO Command - An Asset Management Tool for the Reverse Supply Chain

Sauce designed and developed GXO Command, an asset management tool for a reverse supply chain. The aim was to update infrastructure to facilitate a transparent, modern work flow across supermarkets and internal sites across the country. GXO product owners and staff were integral to the success of this system in terms of CX. (Customer Experience) and the wider service design.
