As the Head of Design at NEO Studios, I spearheaded the art direction and production of graphics for Amazon Prime Video's “One for All”. This series delves into the journey of the Belgian national soccer team, from the buildup to the World Cup to the events that unfolded afterward.
The creative challenge lay in crafting a design that embodied simplicity and elegance while ensuring a distinctive and memorable appeal. Our solution? A stark grid motif reminiscent of goal netting. This element not only invoked soccer's essence but also provided a versatile tool for animated transitions and framing imagery and text. In terms of color palette, we took inspiration from the Belgian flag, primarily focusing on its yellow and black hues.
