ESCAPE RHIZOME
The project aims to provide better living conditions for the community of La Cecilia, a neighborhood in San Cristobal, Bogota. With that purpose in mind, a series of principles are proposed like buildings with better lighting, better ventilation, and even entrepreneurship opportunities for residents, contributing to the characteristic of a resilient neighborhood.
BLOCKS PLANS
Using the concept of “escaped rhizome”, the main axis determines the union between fractures already studied before. Such things are key units in the neighborhood such as; production, family, nature, and community. This determines the use and shape of apartments resulting in different types of apartments.
