Football player agent Brian Fettner earned a BS in finance from The Ohio State University and an MBA in international finance from the University of Miami in Florida. After 10 years as the owner of a chain of fast-food restaurants, Brian Fettner established Elevate Football, a firm that represents professional football players in their negotiations with team owners. Brian Fettner diversified his holdings in 2019 by acquiring two restaurants named Maverick’s in the Detroit area.
Located in the Detroit suburbs of Canton and Woodhaven Maverick’s offers more than 50 varieties of beer on tap, in bottles, in cans, and in 32-ounce crowlers filled and sealed onsite. The menu sorts the beers by type, so people who like malty, wheaty, or hoppy beers can easily find what they want. Each beer’s alcohol content is noted on the menu. Maverick’s liquor and cocktail selection is similarly impressive, with hand-crafted cocktails and a large selection of wines.
