The Spear Collective is a platform for the execution of creative ideas.  As we all know, ideas are plentiful, but action is rare. Just take the Spear Collective 2007 calendar project as an example.

IDEA: Get an impressive group of artists to each produce an image for a 2007 calendar. Create a sense of accountability (deadlines) and reward (publicity, and your worked tacked on the walls of the many credible creative professionals that visit spearcollective).

EXECUTION: The Spear Collective 2007 Calendar was launched and widely appreciated.
