Created a FileMaker Developer's test for candidates. They are given 15 minutes with the hiring developer in the room to observe the process. It uses some basic-intermediate understanding of scripts and relationships. The goal is not only to see how much they can complete in the time allotted but the thinking and approach towards deconstructing the problems.
