Typography and curiosity

I draw inspiration from mindfulness mediation practices, and find that typography, graphic design, and copy design seem to have a lot of similarities to the practice. This piece is a take on current events and how it feels to be lost in thought, not being aware of what you're thinking and feeling.

Many find themselves feeling very alone during this time of COVID-19, even if they are with someone else while stuck in quarantine. The solution I have found in practicing meditation is that even the most mundane thing can cure boredom. It requires just a small amount of curiosity to find the back of your hand extremely wondrous. I've also found curiosity to be the best resource to use, because it's infinite.
