This years edition of NOVO DOBA festival - Love never ends - is held again in Belgrade and Pančevo, Serbia. This festival shows non-aligned authorial comics mostly, but has a wide programme through which many visual and multi-medial artists have passed... and this fourth edition deals with everlasting theme - LOVE.
