Travel poster of Albania
During the month of August 2019, I had the chance to make a 3 weeks road trip through Albanian roads and tracks, crossing the country from one side to the other, from its heart, from its mountains, from its campaigns and its cities.
3 weeks to meet a culture, a people and its architecture. During the journey, the road led us to the attractive city of Korçë. An important cultural city, with economic crossroads. Among the pedestrian streets, stands a large panoramic tower, an emblematic place of the city next to the Orthodox cathedral.
Although this building is quite recent, its art-deco architecture strucked me. A white, clean building rising in the middle of the city.
A simple composition that the idea of making a travel poster appeared to me to be obvious.

Based on the picture I took whit this perspective effect, I tried to design it as simple as it looked.
I just add a few noisy textures in some shadows just to give more volume to the final design.

To complete the projet I put my final design on some mock-ups to help me to see how it will render in a frame.
I also tried to change the background sky to see what atmosphere it could give with a twilight sky or a blue summer one.
