GO FREEFLEX. GO TEMPER. 

As a new entrant on the flexible labor market, Temper deserves a major striking introduction to the Netherlands. A new player with a distinctive way of communicating. Temper is a digital bulletin board that links supply and demand for independent workers in the hospitality and retail sectors. This successful scale-up makes it possible to go freelance in a sector in which that is not yet common. Together with Temper we came up with the strategy to introduce a new category and to load it with a positive emotion. FreeFlex was born. We developed an inspiring campaign in which the message "from now on everyone can be his own boss" is central.
