Ink on Claybord

16 x 20 x 1/8 inches

The third owl in my nature series. Barred owls, also known as 'hoot owls', are native to North America. They are known for their large, dark eyes and rounded faces. This drawing took over 90 hours to complete. This drawing was created using primarily stippling and cross-hatching techniques. Original artwork has been exhibited at the "reImagine" Show hosted by Round Rock Arts Association at the Texas State University.

Original artwork is currently available for sale. Contact for more info. Prints available here.
