BUSINESS NEEDS
The Malaysian chapter of Endeavor reached to us to help refresh their website with 3 goals: A) Increasing their newsletter signup rate B) Simplifying the backend and CMS module and C) To distinguish them from other Endeavor sites.
OUR APPROACH
With almost zero changes needed on the site architecture, the effort was focused on improving the visuals and user flows. To do that we had to go back to the drawing board i.e. the wireframes to make sure that all elements are in proper place before the new UI can be designed.
THE RESULT
The final outcome was a beautiful responsive website built on top of Wordpress that distinguish Endeavor Malaysia from the other global chapters. We also see improvement in the newsletter signup rate and enquiries via the contact form.
