in Yoopies app
One of the most important and new features in our app, is making users able to manage their own employees. We support regular babysitters but also childminders, that work under special laws and have a fixed contract with families. Due to the nature of these more regular bookings, we decided to build a personnel management kind of feature.
Users are now able to see past, present and future bookings in a more dynamic way. The main goal of the UX I built was stop creating dependencies on our phone support team, which was handling many of the booking interactions that now the design does. All the UI system has been created also from scratch to make the Yoopies in-app experience go with the recent rebranding.
Parents are more independent and now sitters can also check in real time all their planning, instead of taking notes on a paper.
