This is the first part of a collection of self-portraits I made in order to make catharsis of my confrontation with Depression and Anxiety.
Even though they are explorations I found them quite useful to analyse the meaning behind some of the emotions that lay underground in the depths of my own self. Hopefully they can bring insight on the subject to others.
