EN As part of the project "New Work Heroes", the foundation and the background is described in the workbook. The book invites the reader to have a look into the historical and theoretical background and gives insight into the systematic approach, including the first part of the test to explore your own hero type.
DE Als Teil des Projekts „New Work Heroes“ gibt das Arbeitsbuch Einblick in die geschichtliche Entwicklung der Arbeitswelt. Es erklärt die systematische Herangehensweise und die Theorie, die hinter den Heldinnen- und Heldentypen und den Arbeitsdimensionen der New Work Heroes steckt und Grundlage der Tests und Workshops bildet. Zusätzlich enthält das Arbeitsbuch einen Zugang zum ersten Teil eines Tests zur Definition des eigenen Heldinnen- oder Heldentypen.
EN A foldout page at the back of the book facilitates transferring the results of the test from the table to the diagram.
