Calamus Scents & Fragrances was founded by a mother-daughter team whose focus is mainly on hand-mixed naturally inspired products for bath and skin care. They wanted to have their logo re-designed, with a minimalist look and using various shades of green.
Calamus is a plant that's mentioned in the Bible, and has also been known to have diverse medicinal properties. The owners wanted to have this incorporated in both the logo and branding process so I used the different parts of the plant and tweaked it to create the logo.
