The Ards Arts Centre is an ornate, georgian art gallery in the town centre of Newtownards which publishes this quarterly 'Arts Guide' which I design.

 

This arts guide was one of the first jobs I was handed in Darragh Neely Design Works, as a challenge to win the tender. My concept and designs for the centre and guide won the contract and have now completed 7 issues of this so far.

 

The theme of the guides is a Georgian artsy feel, in keeping with the building it is in. This has been achieved using multiple layers and textures to create this very unique detailed design, printed on a heavy uncoated stock to add to the overall look and feel. One of the nicest and most enjoyable jobs!
