This is a guide that I created for use of my team on the Advertising Solutions team at TripAdvisor. After a couple years of observing how advertisements were built, I realized that typography and more creative usage of resources could greatly improve the output of work for the team's high profile clients.

The following guide is used as a resource for project managers and designers whom build interactive an static experiences. I have intentionally simplified this guide to accommodate that not all of this guide's audience will be formally trained as designers / engineers.

My hope is that all whom reference this guide will improve upon their typography skills and knowledge as well as be more informed about type technology available in the world.
