Discovery Sales Conference & Gala Dinner 2018 Pitch.
This is probably one my favourite pieces of work to date but sadly it did not see the light of day :( - nevertheless, it was a great project. The work was produced to showcase the 2018 Discovery Sales Conference & Gala dinner which, in a nutshell, is a day dedicated to Discovery’s broker network. The event is aimed at motivating brokers and, in the evening, rewarding them for their outstanding contributions to the company.
The overarching theme for the conference was ‘ambition’. Discovery nurture the ambition of becoming the best insurance company in the world, and to achieve this goal they must necessarily work closely with the brokers in a powerful dual effort. Discovery have 8 core values and our idea was to bring these values to life; because if these values are truly internalized by both broker and company, their ambitions will be that much easier to achieve.
The artwork showcases eight different ‘8’ executions, each visually representing a different value. The 8 executions were all crafted from scratch and were created to reflect Discovery’s values.
