A Paranorman-inspired gift I designed for Instagram. I got to work with the talented guys at Laika to make this little guy function (see video below). The icon is contained in a crafty little package designed by my friend Katie McHugh.

A custom made leather box to go along. It contains a hand-written letter dedicated to Instagram and all buried in glow-in-the-dark moss.
Some nerdy talk: I designed it on paper, illustrated in Photoshop and illustrator, and then it was rendered in some fancy 3D software by Laika. Its shell was 3D printed in color and finally assambled and wired by hand.
