Thorncraft is a black metal band from Turkey. Recently they shaped into a more ritualistic congregation. In order to this change, they needed a new "more ritualistic" logo.
The band briefed me that Caduceus, Eye of Horus and Scythes are a must.

Type Ideas and Sketches
Typography is mostly influenced by Gutenberg's Textura. Hats are added to some letters to make it look like Sanskrit and add mysticism
With "hats" of some of the lowercase letters, consistency is set on ascender line
