Introduction to the scenery
STICK WITH ME is a college project, supposed to be developed individually in less then a semester, therefore it remains incomplete. This page shows studies and animation tests made during that time, the result is, for now, a collection of GIFs that would compose a few scenes of the story.
Storyboards and concept doodles
THE PLOT tells the story about an uncommon and untraditional family being formed. The characters meet one by one, in different situations in which they end up feeling empathy and helping each other, despite their clear differences.
THE VISUALS consists of sepia-ish tones, representing monotonous and lonely daily life, with only a few elements highlighted in yellow, being those elements important to represent the characters establishing ties, and sticking together. The personified animals of different species seemed to be an interesting way of showing diversity, besides the sizes, personality traits and expressions.

Secondary studies, with and without background
THE SOUND hasn't been implemented, since there are only a few scenes, but the project's guidelines are that the characters are supposed to be able to communicate without words, only a few necessary sounds, along with the sound effects for the rain, interactions with objects, and a background music.
Even if the project is incomplete, it was a great opportunity to learn all the processes of projecting a video and the importance of little details to keep its identity strong and communicate a certain idea.
