TDJ DSGN GROUP | Over the past few weeks, I have been working through the design process of designing my dream-room that was required to be 1000 sq ft.
Starting off the design process, I sketched out a floorplan of my current bedroom with all of its features, furniture, and dimensions to understand what goes into a bedroom, especially the essentials when trying to fit things into a small space. After that, the layout to the left displays the renders I managed to capture the model I was able to create through the software Revit.
From there, I went onto researching rooms of different square footage to get the sense of space and what I would be able to actually fit in my 1000sqft bedroom. I also included some inspiration pictures of things I wanted to add in my bedroom such as a large organized closet space and large jetted shower. Continuing the design process, I sketched out three floorplans of what I imagined my dream bedroom to look like with the final one I picked being outlined in blue.
