Everytime I visited the airport in my city, I couldn't helpbut notice a bunch of confused passengers around me. Most of these passengers seemed to be older folks who were either flying for the first time or were in general anxious about the lack of instructions at airports. It was these experiences that led me to design a very simple aiport procedure guide book, which acts as a step-by-step guide on what is to be done at an airport till you board your flight.
One may argue that the procedure is straight forward and simple but from my experience, I think it can be confusing for certain people and my guide book is an attempt to make their journey a little less stressful. The complete guide can be downloaded here.
