This postcard design was created to be a part of the IMRAM Irish Language Literature Festival Programme in which the task was to typographically interpret the Irish language literature from selected poems from local artists. This work was inspired by Irish poet Caitríona NíChleirchin, and her poem on the 'blood moon'.
Here are a few variations and approaches that were experimented with when composing the finalized design.
