The Spice Mix Super-Computer is a mobile creativity machine designed by The Centre For Genomic Gastronomy in 2015 to blend and record every spice combination possible on earth.
Visitors to the Computer see, smell, choose and take home their own spice blend from tens of thousands of possible combinations. Unknown smell possibilities and unexpected culinary combinations were unlocked over the summer at the Festival of Spices at The Royal Botanical Gardens of Kew.
