Unveiling the products in the Healthbox packaging in an orderly and beautiful way was one of our primary concerns, as well as displaying the products in an order so the customer was guided through the set-up process, starting with the Quick Start Guide in the top left corner and working through the steps: installing the set-up wizard on your phone, guiding you through the process of pairing the devices so they work together.

In addition to the Healthbox packaging was the design of the scale packaging. This structure borrowed the Healthbox base and internal tray, eliminating the hinging top doors. It also used the same functional moulded polystyrene tray meant to securely held the scale in place. Three recesses were designed into the bottom of the tray to neatly organize and display the Quick Start Guide and other manuals.

One set of packaging was designed for the Heart Rate Monitor and Wearable Wristband. They shared the same polycarbonate plastic front window as well as the same case-wrapped fiberboard part used for the back of the box. The internal printed paper tray was a convenient solution as it served as a landing site for placement of the products, had a minimal appearance and provided a cohesive look for both products.
