Lots of brightness and contrast changes had to be made as well as changing the blue curve. Also, I had to add a solid gradient overlay to help give it that lighter paper effect. I used a color that was a light paper color (#fef7d9). I had to add a border for the photo at 200 px. I also saved the photo in Camera Raw and reopened in Camera Raw to make Highlight Priority adjustments and to add the vignetted looking edge with the brighter center.

This filter is to like like the Nashville filter on Instagram. It involves a lot of adjusting individual curve channels.
