My final project, "Accordingly we are here", which was made in the spirit of the text of the declaration of Independence.
The goal was to create renewed interest in the content of the Declaration, to express the importance of the values embodied in it, and to stimulate a renewed discourse on their place in our society today.
In the exhibition, I concentrated on the declaratory part, in which I chose to emphasize certain points by subject, and for each point I created an image. The images in the exhibition present the gap between the text, the vision and reality today.
In addition, the exhibition allows for a rereading of the contents of the Declaration, which accompanies us along its entire length according to the original sequence. The highlighted track is intended to emphasize a certain value, the gap between it and reality, and thus cause the viewer to contemplate the gap.
