All about animal habitats
One of the most wonderful projects I worked on so far: a children's picture book all about animals in their natural habitats! This picture book was going to be published by an amazing UK children's book publisher in 2017/2018, but unfortunately I got really sick during my pregnancy while working on this project and I wasn't able to finish everything in time. Therefore this book will remain unpublished, unfortunately :( This was going to be my first published children's book ever, so I was so sad to let this project go ... I wasn't able to work for almost an entire year, but now I am feeling better than ever! Our daughter (born in May 2017) is happy and healthy and this new mom is ready for some new illustration adventures! At least I am able to share the spreads with you guys that I was able to finish. Hopefully I'll be able to share a new, finished picture book within a year from now!

This is a sketch for a 6th spread about the Sahara desert, that I unfortunately never got to finish. Still worthwhile sharing it though!
