Freedom of Expression
In my opinion in modern society, there is a problem of the freedom of expression, independent view of life, openness to useful criticism and simply understanding of what being a person means. For some reason it is not normal any more to have your own opinion and even if there is one, few people are brave enough to be outspoken. However, popular thinking is not always right; it might be faked or articulated under the pressure of money, heavyweights, established companies or key countries. It plays out in different life spheres starting with small ones like for example issues with your neighbours and finishing with more extensive ones. In the majority of cases, people keep silent or accept the most popular point of view. It has become extremely hard, much of an act of bravery, to express your original opinion, which is probably sound and right.

The Hostages of Time
When breathing for the first time, each person insensibly activates ageing mechanism. We go with this mechanism throughout our lives therefore, time is our most valuable resource. Some people have got more, the others have got less, but in either case, the amount is limited. The older we are, the faster time runs and the more precious it is. So far, there is no way to change it and we do not know whether everything ends or not when our time is over and if there will be a chance to live a new life on Earth. As such, I believe it is important to have a proper, high-quality life, so that at the end one could positively say that the time was not squandered.

Inner Struggle
There is an inexhaustible flow of thoughts, emotions, and doubts inside of each human being. At times, to make a simple decision, to take the plunge and do something or just say a couple of words, a person needs to make efforts, go over all possible alternatives and outcomes in one’s mind, and overcome internal barriers. The entirety of human life is fraught with a serious inner struggle. It is not always visible, but each of us knows what it is. This struggle is probably more important than its external manifestation. Like they say, each action is only the tip of the iceberg, and its major part is behind the scenes, it is hidden from prying eyes deep in the inner battles.
