Adult Fiction Cover:
To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee
In response to the competition brief to create a brand new and classic cover for To Kill A Mockingbird by Harper Lee, I focused on illustrating the various objects relating to the story, its characters and setting. These objects evoke a sense of childhood as if Scout or Jem had out-turned their pockets.
This cover design was traditionally illustrated using gouache and coloured pencil, before being edited in Adobe Photoshop and Indesign.
